With a homemade bbq rub, a quick sear, and a gentle roast, the result is a tender, juicy, flavor-packed pork tenderloin that’s just a perfect for a cozy family dinner as it is for sharing with company.
This dish is perfect for entertaining – you can prep it ahead of time and finish the cooking just before you guests arrive. Once ready, it slices beautifully and is effortless to serve.
