Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies

Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies

If you need a quick and easy appetizer, these bacon wrapped little smokies are perfect. Great for tailgates, parties, or any get-together, they come together with little effort and are always a hit.

These three ingredients are all that you need:

In Mississippi, Saturdays in the fall mean SEC football- and good food is a must, whether you’re tailgating or cheering from home.  These perfect little bites are a delicious addition to your tailgate or table.

A note about the ingredients:

Be sure to get the thin sliced bacon because it cooks faster and crisps up more evenly. Thick bacon takes longer and becomes more blubbery. Thin bacon also conforms more easily to the shape and allows the bacon to hug the sausages more effectively for a more balanced flavor and texture profile.
