Description
Just 3 ingredients – smoky little sausages wrapped in crispy bacon and sprinkled with sweet brown sugar. Simple to make, and always a crowd favorite.

- 1 pound of thin sliced bacon
- 1 16 oz. package of little smokies sausages
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cover a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- Spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut bacon slices into thirds.
- Pat the little sausages dry.
- Wrap each sausage with a piece of the cut bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Add brown sugar to a large ziplock bag.
- Add several of the bacon wrapped sausages to the bag, and shake to coat.
- Line sugar coated sausages on prepared pan and repeat with all remaining sausages.
- Bake until the bacon has browned, about 30-35 minutes.
Notes
- You can add 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper and a pinch of black pepper, if you like it spicy.
- Any leftover bacon can be frozen for use in recipes later.
- Bake with the toothpick inserted.
