Description

Light, fluffy whipped cream delicately sweetened and infused with a hint of warm cinnamon- perfect for adding a cozy, spiced finish to any dessert.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 Tbs. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Pour the cold heavy whipping cream to a glass or metal bowl.
  2. Add the cinnamon and powdered sugar to the whipping cream.
  3. Whisk on high until the cream forms stiff peaks.
  4. Prepare piping bag with 2D piping tip.
  5. Spoon in to a piping bag.
  6. Pipe or dollop (if not using piping bag) onto your favorite dessert or drink.

Notes

  • Be sure whipping cream is very cold.
  • Cinnamon whipped cream can be used on your favorite beverage or dessert.
  • Double if more is needed and half if less is needed.
