Description

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 Tbs. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Pour the cold heavy whipping cream to a glass or metal bowl.
- Add the cinnamon and powdered sugar to the whipping cream.
- Whisk on high until the cream forms stiff peaks.
- Prepare piping bag with 2D piping tip.
- Spoon in to a piping bag.
- Pipe or dollop (if not using piping bag) onto your favorite dessert or drink.
Notes
- Be sure whipping cream is very cold.
- Cinnamon whipped cream can be used on your favorite beverage or dessert.
- Double if more is needed and half if less is needed.
