Get ready for Game Day with these duck sauce chicken wings and be sure to add homemade ranch dipping sauce.

- 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (7 oz). jar duck sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed or store bought
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 to 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbs. mince garlic
- 2 tsps. grated ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Season chicken wings with salt and pepper. Add oil to skillet and heat over medium high heat. Add seasoned chicken wings and brown for 3 minutes on each side.
- In a saucepan over medium high heat, combine duck sauce, orange juice, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper. Stir and simmer. Pour sauce over chicken wings.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn the wings and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and brush with more sauce on wings.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and fresh cilantro.
