Description
Fresh buttery corn on the cob in just 2 minutes.
Ingredients

- Fresh corn on the cob (in the shuck)
- 1/2 Tbs. butter
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut off the big end of the corn on the cob. (Not the pointy, silky end)
- Place in the microwave and cook on high for one minute.
- Turn the corn in the microwave.
- Cook on high for one more minute.
- Use oven mitt to remove the corn as it will be very hot.
- With oven mitt on, grasp the pointy, silky end of the corn and squeeze to remove the shuck, pushing the corn out of the shuck.
- Spread butter on the corn.
- Salt the corn.
Notes
By squeezing the silky end of the corn and squeezing it out of the shuck, the corn comes out clean with no silks to remove.
