This creamy Cajun Dipping Sauce has just the right balance of sweet and heat! 🌶️ It’s the perfect partner for my Gator Dust Potato Logs, but don’t stop there. Try it with fried pickles, chicken strips, shrimp, roasted or fresh vegetables—or use it as a flavorful spread on your favorite burger.

A little sweet, a little spicy, and wonderfully creamy—this easy sauce is one you’ll want to keep in the fridge!

Ingredients:

  • Mayonnaise – My favorite is Blue Plate.
  • Ketchup
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Lemon Juice – Using freshly squeezed lemon juice is a must.
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Gator Dust Cajun Seasoning (or your favorite Cajun seasoning)
  • Hot Sauce – Optional, if you like more heat

Description

Creamy, with a little sweetness and just the right amount of heat, this Cajun Dipping Sauce is perfect with Gator Dust Potato Logs, fried pickles, chicken strips, shrimp, vegetables, or even spread on a burger. A simple sauce that adds a flavorful Cajun kick to just about anything!


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Gator Dust Cajun Seasoning
  • hot sauce to taste (optional for if you want more heat)

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet chili sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Gator Dust Cajun Seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Stir until well blended.
  3. Taste and add more Gator Dust Cajun Seasoning and/or hot sauce according to taste.
  4. Serve.

Notes

  • Gator Dust Cajun Seasoning can be substituted for your favorite seasoning.
  • Serve as a dip for Gator Dust Potato Logs, fried pickles, shrimp, chicken strips, raw or roasted vegetables.
  • Serve as a hamburger topping.
  • Add other ingredients such as horseradish, Djon mustard, or brown sugar for extra flavor.
