Buffalo Chicken Dip
Buffalo chicken dip is so named from buffalo-style chicken wings. Typical Buffalo wings are tossed in a spicy sauce made with hot pepper sauce and butter. This dip takes those same flavors of chicken, Buffalo wing sauce, and the creaminess of the cheeses and Ranch dressing and turns it into an irrestible dip.
No actual buffaloes involved 😉- “Buffalo” refers to the Buffalo, New York style of hot sauce and chicken wings. This flavor profile is essentially Buffalo wings turned into a creamy appetizer.
