Description
Crunchy, Cajun seasoned potato wedges, tossed in butter and oil, seasoned with Gator Dust, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. These are tasty, have a little kick, and perfect as an easy side dish. This Cajun Dipping Sauce is the perfect partner for Gator Dust Potato Logs.

Notes
- I used Gator Dust Cajun Seasoning, but if you have a cajun seasoning preference, you can easily substitute.
- Use your preference for oil. Olive oil works well also.
- If desired, you can peel your potatoes.
- Be sure to dry the potatoes well after washing.
- I prefer the Yukon Gold potatoes for this recipe, but use your personal preference.
